01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 1234jl platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of 1234jl following any published updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all gaming services offered on 1234jl, including but not limited to slot games, live casino, sports betting, esports wagering, bingo, fish shooting games, and any future products or features added to the platform. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions or product categories; in the event of a conflict, the specific terms will take precedence.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 1234jl, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of 1234jl or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on 1234jl. If you have a previous account that has been closed or suspended, you must contact our support team before attempting to register a new account. Registering duplicate accounts without prior authorisation will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and any associated balances or winnings being voided.

03 Account Responsibilities

As a registered member of 1234jl, you are solely and fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and all other login credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
• Ensuring that no other person, including family members, has access to your 1234jl account. All bets, transactions, and communications made via your account are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether they were made by you personally.
• Notifying 1234jl customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised.
• Keeping your registered contact information, including your email address and phone number, current and accurate at all times.
• Ensuring that all funds deposited into your 1234jl account are from legitimate sources and that you are the lawful owner of the payment method used.

1234jl will never contact you by phone, email, or live chat to request your password or any sensitive security credential. Any communication claiming to be from 1234jl and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

1234jl processes all financial transactions in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and selected cryptocurrency channels. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location and account verification status.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on 1234jl:

• All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be returned where possible, minus any applicable processing fees.
• Withdrawal requests are processed only to verified accounts. Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be approved. This is a mandatory PAGCOR compliance requirement.
• 1234jl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or in cases where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. These limits may be adjusted based on your account tier or verification status.
• 1234jl does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees. 1234jl is not responsible for third-party transaction charges.
• Deposits credited in error must be reported to customer support immediately. Any winnings generated from a funds credited in error may be voided at 1234jl's sole discretion.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

1234jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific conditions published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to members who have completed all required verification steps. 1234jl reserves the right to withhold bonus credits until verification is confirmed.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also referred to as playthrough requirement), which must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period as stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• 1234jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already claimed in good faith.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated betting patterns, or exploitation of software errors, will result in immediate cancellation of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
• Certain games may be excluded from contributing to wagering requirements or may contribute at a reduced rate. Game contributions will be specified in each promotion's terms.

06 Gameplay Rules & Fairness

1234jl operates a gaming platform where applicable games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are random, unbiased, and fair to all players. Live dealer games are conducted in real time under the supervision of trained dealers, with all sessions recorded for compliance and dispute resolution purposes.

The following rules apply to all gameplay on 1234jl:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been accepted by the system. In the case of a system malfunction or technical error affecting the validity of a bet, 1234jl reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the member's account.

• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, 1234jl's server records will be used to determine the outcome of any affected bets. Disconnections on the member's side do not constitute grounds for a refund unless the game round was genuinely incomplete at the server level.
• Any attempt to use software, bots, algorithms, or other automated tools to interact with 1234jl games or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1234jl platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine legal authorities where applicable:

• Using the platform while under 21 years of age or on behalf of a minor.
• Opening more than one account, whether under your own name or using false identity information.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financing of illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer, poker, or any other game format.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your identity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Placing bets in coordinated patterns designed to abuse bonus terms or exploit sportsbook pricing errors.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any part of the 1234jl platform infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 1234jl staff or other members via any communication channel.

08 Responsible Gaming

1234jl is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino members. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and we recognise that for some individuals, it can become a problem. 1234jl provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.

• Reality Checks: Enable periodic notifications showing your net session result.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 1234jl platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the site, is the exclusive intellectual property of 1234jl or its licensed third-party game providers and content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 1234jl platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, republish, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 1234jl content without the prior written consent of 1234jl.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1234jl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or gaming winnings resulting from technical malfunctions beyond 1234jl's reasonable control.
• Errors, delays, or interruptions in platform access caused by internet connectivity issues, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information or content published on the 1234jl platform that is subject to change without notice.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 1234jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

1234jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on 1234jl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

1234jl is required to share certain member data with PAGCOR and other Philippine government authorities as a condition of our operating license. This sharing is mandatory and does not require additional consent from members. All other third-party data sharing is governed by the terms of our Privacy Policy.

12 Account Termination

You may close your 1234jl account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon your request, any available balance will be returned to your verified payment method after standard KYC checks are completed. Accounts with active pending bets or unmet bonus wagering requirements may not be closed until those positions are resolved.

1234jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Discovery that a member is under 21 years of age or is on a PAGCOR self-exclusion list.
• Chargebacks filed against legitimate 1234jl transactions.

Where an account is closed due to a member's breach of these Terms, 1234jl reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance as restitution for losses incurred by the Company as a result of the breach.

13 Amendments to Terms

1234jl reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, applicable Philippine law, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, 1234jl will notify members via a notice on the platform or by email to the address registered on the account.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last updated. Continued use of 1234jl after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cease using the platform and request account closure via customer support.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and all matters arising out of or in connection with your use of the 1234jl platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your 1234jl account, we strongly encourage you to first contact our 24/7 customer support team via live chat, as the majority of issues can be resolved promptly at that level. If a satisfactory resolution is not achieved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to 1234jl management by emailing our support address. As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, unresolved regulatory complaints may also be escalated to PAGCOR directly.
